Lycian Way Hike
For hiking enthusiasts, one of Adrasan's most special routes is the trail that starts in Karaöz and stretches to Gelidonya Lighthouse.
Route: The section from Karaöz to the start of the trail is a dirt road and can also be used by bicycle. Where the forest road ends, turn left and the trail to the lighthouse begins; this section can easily be walked with children too.
Getting there: The distance between Adrasan and Karaöz is about 7 kilometres, and this area can only be reached by private vehicle.
Duration: The hike from Karaöz to Gelidonya Lighthouse takes about 3 hours. You can drive as far as the start of the trail with a high-clearance vehicle; from where the road ends, the lighthouse can be reached in half an hour.
Tip: We recommend watching the sunset from the lighthouse. It is one of the most unforgettable views in Adrasan.
